My Birthday

Back home again....well on here to say hello and hope that your holidays are all good. Also went out for my birthday which btw was wednesday the 29th, with some friends it was fun ate good and then to the bar for some drinks. Overall it was a small gathering for food and drinks but i enjoyed the night and the shots and beer were flowing very good, lol. Not much to post for now, hope to post before going out tonight and if someone is from east of the atlantic happy new year. To everyone i'll say that again later. Bye

What is it you ask well wikipedia says Wigilia (Polish pronunciation: [viˈɡilja]) is the traditional Christmas Eve vigil supper in Poland, held on December 24. The term is also often extended to the whole day of the Christmas Eve, extending further into the midnight Mass held at Roman Catholic churches all over Poland and large Polish communities worldwide at midnight preceding the Christmas Day. In this usage, the supper itself is rather called "wieczerza" or "wieczerza wigilijna", using an Old Polish word meaning "dinner", "large supper", stemming from Proto-Indo-European root *vesper - evening.There are many traditions and customs on this day. Tuesday's notes

Just stopping by for an update, i watched the fixture to the end and was disappointed again by arsenal. They lost 1-0, oh well they are still near the top of the epl. As far as the weather, meh it feels like a heatwave. The last few days it's been cold and very windy snowed most of Sunday but today....yippee sunny and 20*F lol. All things considered it wasn't too bad recently buffalo, NY area was hit bad and i saw in la port county, Indiana one town got hit with 33.5" ughh. Well that's all for the WX report and what i wanted to blab about for now, have a great day.

decembrrrr weather

Back again, but i was reading some other blogs i follow and I'm not the only intermittent poster. Sorry guys. Well Turkey day was great with the family and so was the drinks. MM let's see i had some wine red and white, two eggnog's with wild turkey and much later washed it down with a couple beers. Hope that all of you that were with family and/or friends had a great day as well. So what's up today, well going to watch some footy in a while, arsenal is playing Manchester united @ old trafford in the English premier league...battle for first place lads. Instead of going to a 'pub' on the north side of town to watch the match i'm staying home and having a pint or two 'cause my car is broken for a while. Have to wait to get the repairs done, so i 'll make the best out of the situation. So in the pre game time i shall leave you with a summer thought in pics, considering it is 14*F (-10*C) outside...brrrr stay warm everyone.
